MOULDING
Our moulding process is furane resine moulding and done by a 10 tons/hr double armed automatic sand mixer.
MELTING AND CASTING
We have a melting capacity of 125 tons/month with our 600 kg/charge capacity 350kw powered induction furnace.
SAND BLASTING
Casting products are sand blasted with our shot blast machine which has a capacity of 2 tons/charge.
GRINDING
Casting products are sand blasted with our shot blast machine which has a capacity of 2 tons/charge.
HEAT TREATMENT
We use various heat treatment processes in order to get different mechanical properties in casted parts. Our heat treatment furnace has a capacity of 5 tons/charge and our quenching pool has a capacity of 50 tons.
